Judson Althoff is executive vice president of Microsoft’s Worldwide Commercial Business (WCB), which drives commercial business strategy for enterprise, public sector, small and mid-market, services, developer and partner communities.
Althoff joined the company in March 2013 as president of Microsoft North America. In this role, he was responsible for commercial and public sector customers and partners, the retail and operator channel, and consumer business across the U.S. and Canada. Under his leadership, Microsoft North America achieved double-digit revenue growth in a $30 billion business and triple-digit cloud growth.
Earlier in his career, Althoff spent several years in senior sales roles at Oracle and EMC. He earned a mechanical engineering degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), serves on IIT’s Computer Science Advisory Board and is a co-chair of Free the Children’s Seattle WE Day.
Originally from Ohio, Althoff resides in Seattle with his wife and four children.
David Amico is Head of Database Operations at BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions, where he is responsible for all database technologies used to support the Eagle suite of financial solutions. David joined the company in 2013 and has more than 30 years of experience in the Management of Information and Financial Technology industries. The majority of David's time is spent leading the Eagle ACCESS Database Operations team, and he is an active member of the Eagle Access management team. Previously, David was closely aligned with BNY Mellon, while serving as the Technology Relationship Manager for the Data and Analytics Solutions BNY Mellon Program.
Prior to joining Data and Analytics Solutions, David held technology leadership positions at Fidelity Investments and ISI Systems.
David has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from Fitchburg University, a Juris Doctor Degree from the Massachusetts School of Law, and is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts.
Carol Andrews is Managing Director and Global Head of Service Directors, Client Experience, Asset Servicing. Carol was appointed to this role in 2018 and is responsible for client service for Asset Servicing clients globally. Carol has previously held a number of senior roles with the company, most recently as Global Head of Client Service for Alternative Investment Services. Prior roles include Head of Service Delivery for fund administration services in EMEA, including NAV and portfolio accounting, transfer agency and client services. Carol has extensive experience with major integration initiatives, regulatory change and migration projects, including the expansion of the company’s eastern European servicing model.
Carol joined The Bank of New York in 2006 with the acquisition associated with the Allied Irish Bank/Bank of New York joint venture. She was seconded to the Brussels office to manage the integration of AIB onto the BNY platforms and has additionally spent time working for the company in New York.
Carol launched her financial services career at Mutual Assurance Company in Ireland, where she was first responsible for the establishment of the Dublin office, then led the implementation of services in MAC’s Guernsey, Channel Islands office. In 1996, Carol joined the Securities Services unit of Allied Irish Bank. There, she served in positions of increasing responsibility in settlements, custody, operations, relationship management and client services within asset servicing. From there, she joined the Securities Services unit of Allied Irish Bank.
Carol is the Country lead, founder and steering committee member of the 30% Club, an organization aimed at achieving better gender balance at all levels in leading Irish businesses. Carol serves as CEO of BNY Mellon Fund Services (Ireland) DAC and as a Director of BNY Mellon (Poland) SP Z.O.O. Carol is a graduate of the Women’s Leadership Forum, a Harvard Business School leadership development program. Carol is a Certified Investment Fund Director (CIFD) and holds an MSC in Business Practice from the Irish Management Institute / University College Cork. Carol is currently a member of the Advisory Council for Irish Management Institute and a board member for Vodafone Foundation Ireland.
Oliver Bader joined BNY Mellon in March 2019 as Executive Program Director and is responsible for driving and executing a globally integrated approach for the LIBOR Transition.
Before joining BNY Mellon, Oliver worked at Commerzbank in London and New York, where he held C-Level roles in Finance and their Restructuring Business and where he drove a global remediation program in Compliance. Prior to this, Oliver held senior leadership positions in Capital Markets and was an Internal Auditor at Dresdner Bank and at Dresdner Kleinwort.
Oliver holds a master's degree from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and is a certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), as well as Financial Service Auditor (CFSA).
Frances Barney is the head of Global Risk Solutions, providing performance measurement, risk and other investment analysis services for BNY Mellon’s Asset Servicing clients.
Ms. Barney has over twenty years of investment industry experience, most of it in performance and risk analytics services. Prior to joining BNY Mellon in 2006, she worked at State Street Corporation, where she oversaw one of three regional offices supporting the delivery of performance analytics for its U.S. custody clients and managed the U.S. performance outsourcing service for investment managers and consultants. Prior to that, Ms. Barney worked at Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, where she was head of performance analytics. She started her career at Bankers Trust, where she held a variety of product and risk management roles in the global markets and investor services divisions.
A frequent speaker at industry conferences, Ms. Barney has presented on topics such as Risk Analysis, Alternative Investments and Social/ESG Investing. Frances received a B.A. from Yale University, an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Ms. Barney was selected by The Journal of Performance Measurement to receive an award for Outstanding Women in Performance Measurement in 2018. She is an active volunteer with the CFA Institute for the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement ("CIPM") program.
Gary Barr is Global Chief Data Officer, Managing Director of BNY Mellon Asset Servicing and Digital. Gary is also a member of the BNY Mellon Senior Leadership Team and is based in New York.
Gary’s experience, spanning 25 years in the Capital Markets industry, includes senior executive operational, data and technology–related roles at Bridgewater Associates (CT), Thomson Reuters (NY/Zurich), HSBC (London), Goldman Sachs (London), and two New York–based fintech start-ups. Additionally, Gary founded two commercial enterprises (Spirit Solutions and Geneticus) and a 501c3 not-for-profit charitable foundation.
From a military background, Gary attended the Royal Hospital School in the United Kingdom where, in addition to his naval military education, he studied industrial economics, applied and pure mathematics, and computing science. He is both a British and American citizen who currently resides in the United States.
As the Global Head of Client Insights & Analytics, Michael is responsible for defining and driving a data-analytics and distribution enablement strategy that seeks to redefine how Nuveen engages with clients. With a focus on data, analytics, and digital, Michael is integrating best-in-class capabilities into all the ways that Nuveen interacts with clients.
Prior to joining Nuveen, Michael was head of Insights & Analytics for Invesco’s Americas Wealth Management Intermediaries business, developing analytics and digital capabilities to drive innovation in distribution. Prior to this role, he was Head of Internal Sales and previously held various distribution and strategy roles. Mr. Bieselin began his career in Morgan Stanley’s investment management business and joined Invesco in 2010 through the acquisition of Van Kampen Investments and the retail asset management business of Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Bieselin earned a BS degree in finance and entrepreneurial business from Villanova University. He holds the 7, 24, 51, 63, 65 and 79 registrations.
Liz Blake is Global Head of Managed Services for BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions, where she is responsible for defining strategy and delivering the suite of Managed Services offerings that specialize in data management, performance, and information delivery. Liz focuses on supporting clients’ execution of strategic operating models and enabling clients to better utilize Data and Analytics Solutions’ software for solving business problems. While managing a 24-hour continuous data processing capability, Liz helps clients manage quality, deploy new functionalities, execute business functions, and ultimately drive data analysis and usage.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Liz was Managing Director, Head of Investment Operations for Public and Alternative assets at Manulife Asset Management. With over 25 years of experience and a deep understanding of the financial industry’s challenges and opportunities ahead, Liz brings a unique perspective in designing and executing strategies to optimize structure, technology, and global talent in order to deliver high customer value experience.
Hans is the Global Head of Innovation and Partnerships for BNY Mellon responsible for the network of Innovation Centers across the globe. He is responsible for driving rapid execution of ideas and concepts, being a catalyst for changing the way the company works and creating an environment that accelerates and promotes experimentation and incubation of new products and services in partnership with large technology firms and cutting-edge startups. He is also responsible for the client visit and engagement program that provides clients with access to our thought leadership and capabilities in delivering and collaborating on the development of new digital products and services. In his Partnerships role, Hans works to identify innovative alliances for BNY Mellon to strengthen our platforms and help grow our business.
Hans is a member of the BNY Mellon Digital Council and has an active interest in technology evolution and trends as well as the rise of Fintechs and APIs in financial markets. He has been a keynote speaker at industry events on digital evolution and trends as well as the rise of Fintech’s and API’s in financial markets.
Hans has a Master’s in International Technology Management from the University of Warwick and has extensive global experience working in Asia, Europe and the Americas in the financial services, telecoms and consumer electronic industries.
Christine Carroll is Director of Accounting Information Delivery & Fund Administration at BNY Mellon Asset Servicing. Her primary responsibilities center around the delivery and enhancement of digital capabilities for clients, with a specific focus on developing digital roadmaps, understanding client needs, and consulting on potential solutions. Christine also helps clients with digital adoption, rollout, and data integration needs.
Previously, Christine oversaw Asset Servicing Digital Solutions, where she led the business design and prioritization of new digital services, as well as the transformation of existing services into BNY Mellon’s NEXEN portal. Christine has also consulted clients on the development of their digital strategies and supported the development of new application program interfaces (APIs), dashboards, and data integration to meet their specific needs. Joining BNY Mellon in 2013 as a product manager for the bank’s accounting platforms, Christine has been responsible for strategic product development, has supported product expansion, and has implemented strategies for large middle-office and fund accounting relationships, as well as middle-office technology for operational scalability and information delivery.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Christine ran the product team for Fund Accounting and Administration at Brown Brothers Harriman. Her previous experience also includes several roles in client service and implementation at both Fidelity Investments and State Street, where she supported pension funds, separately managed accounts, endowments, and family offices.
In recognition for her contributions, Christine was one of seventeen BNY Mellon employees selected to participate in the U.S. Army Staff Ride in 2019, held in Normandy, France to mark the 75th anniversary of D-Day. Participants in the program visit historical war sites to learn how examples of military leadership and critical decision-making processes can be implemented in today’s corporate world.

Dan Cavanaugh is Head of EMEA for BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions, where he is responsible for the business development, professional services, and operational performance of all Data and Analytic Solutions’ business interests in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. In addition to his role as Head of EMEA, Dan is also Global Head of Eagle Products, which includes Managed Services. With more than 25 years of client service and technology experience, Dan has a keen understanding of the growth, profitability and industry challenges facing financial institutions around the world today.
Dan joined the organization in 2000 and has held various management positions, including roles in development, product management, professional services, and service and support. Previously, he was a manager in the Investment Management Business Advisory Services division at Deloitte and held several positions at AIG Risk Management.
Dan has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mal Cullen is Head of Global Digital Solutions and Commercial Strategy at BNY Mellon Asset Servicing. Mal oversees the deployment of all BNY Mellon Asset Servicing digital and data capabilities, as well as the commercial strategy for Data and Analytics Solutions. During Mal’s tenure, he has held a number of leadership and executive positions, including Chief Executive Officer and Head of the Americas and Eagle ACCESSSM for Eagle Investment Systems when it was a subsidiary of BNY Mellon. Mal has more than 30 years of experience in the development, sales, implementation, and support of software solutions for the financial services industry.
Michael Demissie is Head of Advanced Digital Solutions at BNY Mellon, a newly established enterprise-level capability that defines the bank’s strategic approach, as well as builds out and deploys its assets around artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other emerging capabilities.
Michael joined BNY Mellon from State Street, where he led a transformation program enabled by robotics and artificial intelligence.
Prior to State Street, Michael was an engagement manager at Booz & Company and an engineer at a division of United Technologies, where he developed clean technology energy solutions. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Kentucky, as well as graduate degrees in engineering and business administration from Stanford University and MIT Sloan School of Management, respectively
Ralf Dreischmeier is Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he is the global leader of Leap by McKinsey and a leader of McKinsey Digital. With more than 25 years of experience in offering business- and technology-advisory support, Ralf understands technology-enabled transformation and the development of businesses that thrive. He works closely with executives to develop transformation strategies and take sweeping steps to build digital businesses. He has pursued this goal repeatedly with global banks, international insurers, and leading companies in the media, telecommunications, and technology sectors.
To build businesses and deliver end-to-end digital and data transformations, Ralf works to inspire organizational change. He believes that while designing future digital and data-architecture blueprints is important, it is equally important to change the way a company works across the whole organization. Ralf’s projects typically include setting up digital and data academies to build skills and establishing programs and initiatives to guide implementation. Brian Dunton is Head of the Instrument Engineering Team at BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions. Brian and his team focus on modeling derivatives, fixed income, and other complex instruments.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon in 2009, Brian worked as a Business Analysis Consultant for Fidelity Investments and as a Director of Fund Accounting Operations for Investors Bank & Trust.
In addition to a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters of Business Administration from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, Brian has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
James Ferrarelli is Vice President of Technology supporting Charles Schwab Investment Management, Inc. (CSIM) and Charles Schwab Investment Advisory, Inc. (CSIA). He is responsible for technology strategy, application design and development, third party product integration, and production management of the technology platform supporting CSIM and CSIA.
Prior to joining Schwab in 2015, James spent more than four years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in New York. Most recently, he was the chief business technologist and head of J.P. Morgan Investment Management operations technology. Prior to J.P. Morgan Asset Management, James spent eleven years at Morgan Stanley Inc. in both London and New York, during which he held a number of senior technology roles.
James holds a Bachelor of Science in computing information systems from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom.
Eric Getchell is Head of Core Products at BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions. Eric joined Data and Analytics Solutions three years ago and, in his current role, is accelerating the platform’s modernization efforts while still improving product quality.
Over the past year, working with Core Product engineering leaders, Eric been transforming Engineering by adopting modern tools, disciplines, and delivery patterns. He has held a number of leadership roles across the technology teams at Data and Analytics Solutions, most recently Head of Cloud DevOps, Quality Engineering, and Agile Practices.
Prior to BNY Mellon, Eric spent 25 years building commercially available, enterprise, Web, and mobile applications.
Todd Gibbons currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of BNY Mellon. Prior to that, Todd had been a Vice Chairman of BNY Mellon and CEO of Clearing, Markets and Client Management. In that role he oversaw the Pershing clearing business; the trading, financing, collateral and liquidity management solutions delivered through the Markets business; treasury services and commercial payment activities; the U.S. government securities clearance and U.S. tri-party repo businesses delivered through BNY Mellon Government Securities Services Corp; credit services; global client management; and regional area management. From 2008 through 2017, he served as CFO. Previously, for six years he was Chief Risk Policy Officer, overseeing credit, operational and market risk management of the company and The Bank of New York.
Todd also served as CFO of The Bank of New York for almost a year prior to the merger. He first joined The Bank of New York in 1986 and held top management positions in the capital markets business, including head of global treasury, with responsibility for asset and liability management, funding, money market trading, swaps and derivative products. Prior to joining The Bank of New York, he was assistant treasurer at Handy and Harman, a leading refiner, processor and fabricator of precious metals.
Todd is a member of BNY Mellon’s Executive Committee. He also serves on the advisory board of Wake Forest University's Business School. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Pace University.

Mark’s mission is to establish Data and Analytics Solutions as the industry leader in investment performance analytics. He is an external evangelist promoting BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions’ products and solutions.

Alan Guarino is Vice Chairman in our CEO and Board Services practice for Korn Ferry in its New York office. A former chief executive officer and experienced consultant, Alan brings a unique perspective to Korn Ferry as he works with corporate boards and executive teams to drive business and talent management strategies.
With his deep expertise in global financial markets, Alan currently leads major consulting initiatives across industries, where he is responsible for ensuring that Korn Ferry’s largest client relationships have access to the full range of the firm’s human capital solutions. In that context, Alan launched Korn Ferry’s Execution Accelerator initiative to help business leaders execute their strategies better. He also leads senior executive searches and C-suite succession assignments for large Fortune 500 companies, as well as cutting-edge fintech companies within capital markets, asset and wealth management, and digital assets.

Alan graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned his Master of Business Administration from Embry Riddle University while on active duty in the United States Army.
Ofer Harari is Product Manager at BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions. Joining the firm in March 2020 to manage the Data Vault, Ofer is primarily focused on using natural language generation (NLG) technology for narrating the story of data and analytics and expressing it in human-readable English words. Ofer partners with leading NLG vendor, ARRIA, and various BNY Mellon businesses to simplify the use of BNY Mellon products and add value to the organization’s clients.
Previously, Ofer was Head of Product at Refinitiv (formerly Thomson Reuters), where he worked for 12 years on natural language capabilities to extract entities and events from unstructured text and resolve it into machine-readable intelligent metadata. In addition, he documented and classified data into defined taxonomies. Use cases included content automation, content search (e.g., news or financial research), content recommendation, as well as content concerning investment research and identifying risk.
Marcus Hooper joined BNY Mellon as Product Manager for the Data and Analytics Solutions team in January 2020. Marcus has worked in capital markets and broader financial services for over 30 years, and his expertise includes launching capital markets businesses, as well as managing and improving operational divisions of financial services firms.
Marcus’ extensive experience covers a range of business types and activities—from wholesale broking via prime services and alternative investment to regulation, systems management, and many other areas. Throughout his career, Marcus has worked in the fields of market design and microstructure, electronic trading, financial markets regulation, transaction cost analysis, and the deployment of advanced and new technologies in capital markets. Presently, Marcus is working on projects involving the deployment of machine learning systems.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Marcus provided strategic management and technical consulting services to investment banks, asset managers, capital markets systems vendors, stock exchanges and trading venues. In addition, by demonstrating actionable insights from machine learning models and uniting capabilities from Microsoft Azure, Kortical, and GFT, Marcus led the 2019 winning team of the inaugural Schroders Distribution Datathon.
Prior to his consulting work, Marcus was the Chief Executive Officer of the European division of Aritas Financial, an investment firm offering algorithmic and electronic trading services. Marcus established Aritas from the ground up as one of the very first pan-European MiFID compliant MTFs (Multilateral Trading Facility). In addition, he has worked on projects undertaken by The European Commission, The UK Treasury, The FCA, The Investment Managers’ Association, The British Banking Association, The European Securities and Markets Authority and The London Stock Exchange.
Marcus has authored papers on financial markets behaviour and has contributed to a number of books and articles, including pieces for The Economist, Financial Times, and BBC Radio. As a regular speaker at industry conferences, Marcus is a firm believer in improving the public’s knowledge and understanding of capital markets. Marcus is honored to have lectured at executive MBA programs in the UK and US and was a nominated speaker for the US Association of Investment Management and Research regulatory education program.
Shail Jain is Accenture’s Global Data & Applied Intelligence Lead responsible for guiding the strategy and operations for all the Global Data and Applied Intelligence Services. Shail’s global team is focused on providing innovative data platforms, automation, and intelligent business solutions for companies in all industries to realize the full potential of their data and its proactive management and governance. Shail is based in New Jersey in the Bridgewater Data Studio that hosts clients for data co-creation sessions.
Prior to joining Accenture, Shail was Chief Executive Officer of Knowledgent—a leading data and analytics company that Accenture acquired in December of 2018. A serial entrepreneur, Shail has helped build three successful technology services firms over the last 25 years. The companies he co-founded and co-led were aimed at transforming businesses through technology and data in the life sciences, healthcare, financial services, and communications industries. Shail has also held senior leadership positions at Fijustu and EMC Corporation.
Shail holds a master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology and was part of the Fellows Program at The Wharton School of Business.
Hani Kablawi is Head of International and Chairman of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Hani is a member of BNY Mellon’s Executive Committee and serves on its European and UK Bank boards.
As Head of International, Hani oversees the regional management teams across EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America. As Chairman of EMEA, Hani leads regional strategy development, execution and delivery of enterprise priorities in the region. Hani also oversees global client coverage for Asset Servicing.
Hani is Deputy Chairman of the Advisory Council for the Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum (OMFIF), the independent financial think tank for central banks and public investment.
Since joining The Bank of New York in 1997, Hani has held a number of leadership roles in New York, London and the UAE. Hani previously worked for HSBC in New York.
Tanya is Director of Digital Strategy & Partnerships, BNY Mellon Asset Servicing. While focusing on client engagement and working on a roadmap to co-development, Tanya shapes product strategy and strategic third-party partnerships to advance the portfolio of digital solutions available to clients and to transform their experience using them. Tanya has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Tanya led the Wealth & Asset Management technology strategy team at Ernst & Young. In that role, she worked with several of the leading global investment management companies in defining technology and data strategy.
Tanya holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and a Master in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
Peter M. Keaveney is Global Head of Investment Operations, BNY Mellon Asset Servicing. In this role, Peter is responsible for managing relationships across BNY Mellon as well as driving product vision, strategy, and road maps for our Investment Operations (middle-office) business. Peter also is responsible for product profitability and the automation and efficiency agenda.
Dennis Kelleher is Head of BNY Mellon Intermediary Analytics, and he has led this group for nearly a decade. Prior to joining Intermediary Analytics, Dennis served as Senior Vice President at IXI Corporation, where he led the development of customer solutions using IXI's unique and innovative databases, created a comprehensive planning solution for key customers, and provided strategic and tactical guidance on all analytical projects for full-service brokerage firms. Prior to IXI, Dennis held various senior strategic and product positions at Promontory Interfinancial Network, Legg Mason, and Prudential Securities.
Dennis has served as an adjunct faculty member at Rider University, University of Maryland Baltimore County, Mercer County College, and Howard County College. He earned a Bachelor of Science in economics and a Master of Business Administration in finance from St. John's University. In addition, Dennis has successfully completed executive education programs at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard Business School, Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Joel Kornblum is Head of Strategic Engagements at BNY Mellon Global Digital Solutions. With over 30 years of experience in financial services and investment technology, Joel is responsible for bringing the data and digital capabilities to BNY Mellon clients and prospects.
Joel joined BNY Mellon through Eagle Investment Systems in 2001, where he held several leadership positions. Prior to his current role, Joel was head of Strategic Alliances & Consultant Relations for Eagle Investment Systems, where he was responsible for establishing and maintaining all third-party relationships across vendor alliances, consultants, and analysts and for helping to provide innovative technology and service solutions to support the entire investment process. Initially, Joel was Head of Sales and Marketing in Canada, Latin America, and selected strategic North American accounts.
Prior to joining Eagle, Joel spent 11 years at Financial Models Company (FMC – now SS&C Technologies) in senior sales, consulting, support, implementation, and roles. Prior to joining FMC, he was involved in capital markets at several Canadian banks and investment managers as a trader of financial instruments, including derivatives, equities, and fixed income securities.
Kyle Leciejewski is Senior Vice President of Sales, Storage & Converged Platforms at Dell Technologies. He leads the sales of high-end, mid-range, and software-defined storage, including converged and hyper-converged systems. Kyle is responsible for over $6 billion of revenue and over 1,000 sales and pre-sales resources that he uses to focus on attracting, retaining, and expanding customer adoption of storage platforms worldwide and on guiding their transformation into the modern data center.
Previously, as Vice President of Americas, Sales, Storage & Converged Platforms, Kyle helped incubate, accelerate, and scale new business through the use of disruptive technologies. He led the expansion and integration of multiple specialty sales disciplines into a cohesive modern data center team that supports North American Enterprise and the Commercial, Federal and Americas International markets. The subsequent significant share gains resulted in a number-one market position in storage, converged, and hyper-converged technologies.
Kyle began his career in 2006 as a sales representative at EMC Corporation, in Boston, MA. In 2008, he moved to Chicago, IL to build a direct market reseller program for channel partners, and in 2009, after relocating to Charlotte, NC, Kyle became a client executive for the largest health systems in the region. He then served as district manager for North and South Carolina sales in 2012. In 2015, he relocated to Washington, DC to serve as senior director, Mid-Atlantic Sales and Customer Operations, where his focus was on building and maintaining relationships with EMC's largest accounts, alliance partners, and channel partners in the region.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Kyle graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing and a certificate of professional selling from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
Matt Malkasian joined Head of U.S. Fund Accounting in April 2017. He has over 30 years of experience leading operations, risk management and relationship management teams supporting large, global institutional asset managers. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Matt was a Senior Vice President with State Street focused on overseeing service delivery and driving strategic initiatives within their Investor Services organization. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Bryant University.
Michael Maltby is Head of Accounting Products at BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions. Michael sets the product and market strategy, including the identification and prioritization of market problems, win/loss understanding, competitive landscape, industry analysis, market segmentation and definition, product roadmap, business plans, and consulting and third-party alliance relations.
Michael joined the organization in 2005 as a member of the Professional Services Team. In this role, he led implementations of the Eagle suite of products and provided consulting services to clients. In 2013, Michael transitioned to lead global product strategy for the Eagle fund accounting solution. Prior to his current position, Michael spent recent years defining and implementing the broader market strategy across the Eagle suite of products and services within Data and Analytics Solutions.
Michael earned both his Bachelor of Science in finance and Master of Business Administration from Bentley University.
Stephen Marshall is Head of Data Studio at BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions. In this role, Steve leads the development of a cloud-based ecosystem designed to help investment professionals explore, experiment with, and ultimately transform their data into actionable insights to inform better decision making. He joined the bank in May 2019 as co-leader of Digital Business Development, where he worked across the enterprise to identify and launch new, innovative solutions using the firm’s expanded digital and data capabilities, ecosystem of clients, and portfolio of external relationships.
Prior to BNY Mellon, Steve was Managing Director and Head of Mobile Innovation at State Street, where he led a team in creating the firm’s first mobile solution using machine learning. Earlier, he ran State Street Global Alliance, a strategic venturing arm of State Street Global Advisors, which focused on building partnerships with early-stage, innovative asset management firms.
Steve received his Master of Business Administration from the FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in communications from Boston University. Steve also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
Chris Mayo is Head of Eagle ACCESSSM Cloud Services at BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions. Chris is in charge of building out the business and operational services of Eagle ACCESS, the organization’s private, secure cloud. Chris joined Data and Analytics Solutions in 2004 and has more than 25 years of experience in the financial technology industry.
Chris is an active member of the Eagle ACCESS management team and participates in the decision making process that helps to evolve its business model. Before assuming leadership of Eagle ACCESS, Chris was closely aligned with the large “lift-out” migrations that transitioned previously installed clients over to the secure, private cloud.
Prior to 2004, Chris held several management positions within SunGard Securities Processing and ITS Associates. While at SunGard, Chris was responsible for the account management for all of the brokerage clients.
Chris has a Master of Management Information Systems degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Vermont.
Michael McCauley is Senior Officer, Investment Programs and Governance, at the Florida State Board of Administration (SBA). Michael’s primary responsibilities include active strategies within corporate governance, as well as investment program management for the Florida PRIME investment pool and other non-pension investment mandates. He also is a member of the SBA’s Senior Investment Group (SIG) and serves as Corporate Secretary for both the Florida Water Pollution Financing Corporation and the Inland Protection Financing Corporation.
Prior to these duties, Michael oversaw investment communications for the SBA and client service activities for non-pension investment products. Earlier, he served as Director of Administration for the defined contribution component of the Florida Retirement System (FRS).
Michael is a member of the CFA Institute, the Jacksonville Society of Financial Analysts, the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN).
In 2011, Michael was elected to the Board of Directors of the Council of Institutional Investors (CII) and serves as a member of both the Executive Remuneration and Accounting & Auditing Committees of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN). From 2009 until 2011, he served as Co-Chair of CII’s International Corporate Governance Issues Committee. He also served as a subcommittee member of the CFA Institute’s Global Corporate Governance Task Force from 2003 to 2005 and was a member of the 2006 NACD/Council of Institutional Investors Joint Task Force Reviewing the Performance of Boards and Shareowners in the Post-Enron Environment. In 2008, Michael was named a ‘Rising Star of Corporate Governance’ by the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance & Performance at the Yale School of Management.

As Head of Americas, Diane McLoughlin oversees the global digital solutions consulting organization. With more than 30 years of experience in software implementations, business consulting and client services, Ms. McLoughlin is uniquely qualified to address complex problems and lead her team in delivering client-centric solutions. With 20 years at BNY Mellon, Diane has held a number of leadership positions, most recently as Chief Client Officer of Eagle Investment Systems.
Ms. McLoughlin earned a dual Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Boston College and her Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.
Ms. McLoughlin is involved in a number of civic organizations and is a regular supporter of philanthropic causes. She serves as Board Member-at-Large on the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts (GSEMA) Board of Directors.
Theresa Messina is Head of Middle Office Solutions at BNY Mellon, where she manages the organization’s middle office offerings across its Asset Servicing and Alternative Investment Services businesses. Terri joined BNY Mellon in 2017 and is based in New York.
Prior to BNY Mellon, Terri was Managing Director of Operations at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in New York, where she led her global team in all aspects of post trade activities. In her role there, she integrated eight acquisitions, supported 50+ trading desks executing multiple strategies, and maintained a stable cost basis while assets under supervision grew 40%. She was previously an Audit Partner at Ernst & Young and Senior Vice President at Fannie Mae.
Terri is Certified Public Accountant. She received a Master of Business in Science in corporate finance from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Lehigh University.
John Natalizia is Sales Engineer at BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions. John joined the company in 2010 and has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. With comprehensive knowledge of the Eagle product suite, John currently focuses on Data Management and Performance Measurement within the Sales Engineering Team.
Prior to joining the Sales Engineering Team, John was a senior member of the Performance and Data Management Knowledge Team, serving as a subject matter expert and a liaison with Research & Development. Previously, John served as Client Management Officer in Institutional Investor Services at State Street Corporation.
Mr. Natalizia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Bryant University, with a concentration in finance.
Corinne Neale is Global Head of Business Applications for BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions. Focusing on the currently unmet needs of asset owners and managers, Corinne leads the development of next-generation data and analytics capabilities in an open cloud-enabled ecosystem powered by BNY Mellon state-of-the-art technology
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Corinne worked for BlackRock, Credit Suisse, Fitch-Algorithmics, and Bankers Trust. She was also the President of a fintech company, IQ Financial Systems Singapore, which she sold to Standard & Poor’s.
Corinne earned a Master of Finance and a Master of Business Administration from ESCL in France and University of Connecticut, respectively. She is a regular industry thought leader, with more than ten published articles and numerous speaking engagements.
With BNY Mellon since 2004, Jim currently serves dual functional roles: Business Development & Lead Investment Risk Consultant. Jim acts as a business lead for the firm’s investment risk offering, focusing on development, testing, marketing, sales, implementation and on-going client support. Jim also serves as a subject matter expert for BNY Mellon’s performance, attribution and compliance offerings. He takes a consultative approach to supporting our clients by sharing industry best practices and helping them to interpret data.
Jim co-founded the Performance and Risk Analytic committee at the CFA Society of New York. Through these efforts and his continuing participation, he has further dedicated himself to the understanding, communication and betterment of industry best practices.
Jim has earned a CFA Charter, a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM), the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. Jim received a B.A. in Economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
Michael Oliveira is Head of Product for the Platform Team at BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions. Michael has been with BNY Mellon and Data and Analytics Solutions for over 24 years in various roles. In his current role, he is accelerating the platform’s modernization efforts while working directly with clients to define and adopt our technology.
Over the past year, he has built and delivered an API strategy that is being widely adopted by Data and Analytics Solutions’ clients and is modernizing the firm’s data ingestion and distribution framework.
Andrew Parry is Head of Sustainable Investment at Newton Investment Management, where he oversees the firm’s sustainable strategies and communication about purposeful ownership to its global client base. Prior to joining Newton in 2019, Andrew gained a deep knowledge of responsible investment, sustainability, and impact investing as Head of Sustainable Investing at Hermes Investment Management.
Entering the industry in 1984, Andrew’s 30 years of experience combines senior-level investment positions at Northern Trust, Julius Baer Investment Management, Lazard Brothers Asset Management, and Baring Asset Management. In addition to being a member of the investment committee of the Trafalgar House Pension Trust, Andrew has been an individual mentor and held a variety of external advisory roles.
Emily Portney leads the client management, sales and service teams for BNY Mellon’s Asset Servicing globally. She also oversees the Americas region for the business, which encompasses the U.S., Canada and Latin America. Asset Servicing delivers investment administration, operational and technology solutions to alternative investment managers, asset managers, asset owners, insurance companies, banks and broker-dealers.
Emily was previously Chief Financial Officer for Barclays International, where she helped to establish the non-ring-fenced bank, and led a global organization spanning the Corporate and Investment Bank, the Private Bank, and the Cards and Payments businesses.
Emily joined Barclays from Visa where she was the CFO of North America. Prior to Visa, Emily spent 22 years at JP Morgan where she was the Global Head of Clearing and Collateral Management, a brokerage unit that provided agency execution, clearing, and collateral management services across derivatives and securities markets worldwide. Emily started with JP Morgan in 1993, and performed various roles over the course of her career, including the CFO of Equities and Prime Services.
Emily serves on the Boards of Directors for MarketAxess, a publicly traded corporation, and for The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). She holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
Janelle Prevost is Head of Strategy and Digital for Asset Servicing at BNY Mellon. She joined BNY Mellon in 2019 as the Client Journey Reimagination Leader in the Digital Office, where she spearheaded firm-wide efforts to rethink how the bank delivers differentiated capabilities for its clients and maximizes end-to-end value.
Prior to BNY Mellon, Janelle helped drive long-term strategic priorities and transformational opportunities at BlackRock. Prior to BlackRock, Janelle led the Strategy and Transformation team at NCB Group, a leading Caribbean diversified financial services firm with assets of $7.2B. At NCB, she oversaw the design and execution of the bank's transformation into a customer experience–led digital enterprise.
Previously, Janelle served as Senior Vice President of Global Consumer Banking Strategy at Citigroup. Janelle worked with global management consulting firm Booz & Company (currently Strategy&, part of PwC), where she focused on helping financial services clients with their strategy and operational problems. She began her career at Oracle as a Senior Applications Engineer.
Janelle received her Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School, Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and her Bachelor of Science in mathematics and computer science from MIT.
Roman Regelman is Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Asset Servicing and Digital. He is a member of BNY Mellon’s Executive Committee. As Head of Asset Servicing, Roman focuses on product strategy and development to accelerate the transformation of Asset Servicing into a more data‐ and analytics‐led business. He’s responsible for driving end-to‐end delivery of solutions to our Asset Servicing clients.
As Head of Digital, Roman sets the direction for the firm’s digital future and drives investments in our digital capabilities, including data management, analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Roman took on senior leadership roles that spanned Chief Operating Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Head of Transformation and Head of Customer Journeys. He was a Partner and Managing Director of Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he co‐led its Financial Institutions Digital business and led Customer Journey, North American Financial Institutions Operations and Lean Practices. At BCG, he ran numerous financial institution and service company transformations, including end‐to‐end customer journeys, process digitization, Agile, restructuring technology and operations. Prior to BCG, he worked at Booz and Company, Bain & Company, NerveWire/Wipro, Mitchell Madison Group, One Core, GTE/BBN and Gazeta Distribution.
Roman earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from St. Petersburg State Technical University, St. Petersburg, Russia and a Master of Business Administration from Olin Graduate Business School at Babson College, Wellesley, MA. He is a recognized author and frequent commentator on digital and multiple asset servicing topics, including client journeys and AI.
Dan Smith is an Executive Vice President of BNY Mellon and leads the businesses resilience framework for Asset Servicing globally. This includes delivering change and managing resilience governance. The incumbent will manage & engage with diverse functional groups including the enterprise wide, regional and legal entity teams. They will also partner with their CSD and Technology peers, who are accountable for resiliency of operations and technology platforms/infrastructure on Asset Servicing’s behalf. The incumbent will therefore act as the primary interface between the functions contributing to resilience and the Asset Servicing Executive Committee.
Dan serves as Chairman of CIBC Mellon Global Securities Services and CIBC Mellon Trust Company, a 50/50 joint venture providing investment services in Canada. The Asset Servicing Global Head of Business Resiliency is responsible for implementing, managing and executing the Resiliency agenda across the global Asset Servicing business.
Before being appointed to his current position, Dan served as the head of the Americas region for the Asset Servicing business. In this capacity Dan managed the Asset Owners and Financial Institution relationships in the US, Latin America and Canada.
Dan served as the head of Strategic Planning and Initiatives for the company's Investment Services businesses. In that role, he oversaw the strategic planning process and governance for major investments and projects. Prior to that, Dan served as head of Transformation and Administration for the Asset Servicing business overseeing restructuring and efficiency programs for the business.
From 2010 to 2012 Dan served as the Chief Operating Officer for BNY Mellon’s Asia Pacific region, which comprises of 8,000 employees in 12 countries. Based in Hong Kong, Dan had responsibility for infrastructure and business services, and oversight of Southeast Asian representative offices. Additionally, Dan supported the region’s line of business heads in strategic planning and project management.
Prior to his appointment as Asia Pacific COO, Dan served as Chief Administrative Officer for BNY Mellon Asset Servicing where he had responsibility for Global Strategy, Learning and Development, MIS and Executive Support. He managed several shared services for the business including Corporate Affairs, Human Resources, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
Prior to his appointment as Asset Servicing CAO, Dan served as Program Director for BNY Mellon’s Asset Servicing Merger Integration, leading a team of analysts with a focus on executing the integration of the Bank of New York and Mellon’s Asset Servicing business. Prior to this, he served as head of Global Professional Services and Eagle Access, the application service provider for Eagle Investment Systems
Dan joined BNY Mellon in 1987 and has held various management positions throughout his tenure with the company. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Hartwick College. He also serves as a Director of the Union Land and Grazing Company, a 96,000 acre cattle ranch located in northern New Mexico.
Brian Spendolini is Senior Principal Product Manager of Oracle's Database Cloud Services, where he is in charge of Virtual Machine, Bare Metal, and Exadata Cloud. He has held product manager positions at Oracle since 2014.
Before 2014, Brian was as a sales consultant and application technologist focusing on the database and Oracle E-Business Suite for various industry verticals—including retail, telecommunications, government, public utilities, and financial services. In addition, Brian has published two Oracle Press Books: Oracle Application Express: Build Powerful Data-Centric Web Apps with APEX and Oracle Database Exadata Cloud Service: A Beginner's Guide.
Steve Taylor is Head of BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions Platform, where he is responsible for the firm’s next-generation data management platform, the Vault. Previously as Eagle Investment Systems’ Chief Technology Officer, Steve was responsible for the technology products and helped transform the technology to support a cloud strategy, as well as introduce new data management and platform capabilities.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Science Honours in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK.
Charles Teschner is Global Head of BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions, a cloud-based offering that is further extending BNY Mellon Asset Servicing’s capabilities in securities and cash into the world’s most important asset class, data. Charles is based in New York and is responsible for the firm’s software and content businesses—including Intermediary Analytics; Eagle Investment Systems, the firm’s data management, accounting, and performance platform; and a suite of new cloud-based products. He is also responsible for the team that is rolling out proprietary and third-party business applications for the core investment process and beyond.
Charles has over 25 years of global experience in the data and digital sector spanning North America, Europe, and Asia. In addition to serving for five years on the executive committee at Standard and Poors, Charles has been an investor and board member in the fintech sector, including at S&P Dow Jones, the world’s largest index company. He also served as an advisor to top executives in the capital markets and information sectors as a Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group in New York and as a practice leader at Booz Allen Hamilton in Europe.
Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Yale University, a Master of Business Administration in finance from the Wharton School, and a master’s degree in Asian studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
Aaron Todd is a Managing Director serving as the Global Head of Core Digitization and Re-imagination. He is responsible for leading the digitization of core products and services across the enterprise, and re-imagining client-journeys and improving how we service our clients. In this role, Aaron partners with our clients, business and technology leaders, and fintechs to develop and implement critical capabilities to make BNY Mellon’s digital future a reality.
Previously, Aaron was the Head for Custody Client Services Delivery and was responsible for overseeing custody services for asset owners, asset managers, insurance companies, and banks and broker dealers in EMEA and the Americas. In this role he was a member of the Asset Servicing Client Experience leadership team as well as the Operations leadership team.
Before joining Operations, Aaron served as the Head of Strategy and Administration for Technology where he oversaw the office of the CIO and numerous business-related aspects of technology. Originally, Aaron joined BNY Mellon in the Corporate PMO where he oversaw planning and execution of corporate initiatives for the Executive Committee.
Prior to BNY Mellon, Mr. Todd worked as an Associate Partner for McKinsey & Company where he focused on serving global financial service organizations. In addition, he served as a leader of McKinsey’s operations and technology service line to life insurance and wealth management sector where he was responsible for knowledge development and client growth. Mr. Todd has also held other roles in the financial services, manufacturing, and professional services industries.
Mr. Todd holds both a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering where he graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University.
Sean Traverse is the Head of Global Infrastructure at BNY Mellon Data and Analytics Solutions. He is a member of the Eagle ACCESS management team and of the Data and Analytics Solutions (DAS) Operating Committee.
Sean leads the technology teams that provide servers, storage, networking, and data center services for Eagle ACCESS, as well as DAS Corporate and Research and Development groups. He is also responsible for the DAS Enterprise Services and Support organization.
He was part of the management team that built the DAS secure private cloud and the Eagle ACCESS hosting business. Prior to joining DAS, Sean held technology management and software development positions with ITS Associates.
Sean has a Master in Business Administration from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
